Mindi Stevens

Mindi Stevens is the Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) at DrillDown Solution, LLC. Since joining the firm in 2022, Mindi has been a vital member of the administrative team, overseeing a range of responsibilities from new client intake to billing, document processing, and managing client information. Her attention to detail and dedication to creating a seamless client experience have made her a key member of the team. 

With a background in business management and genealogy, Mindi brings a diverse skill set to her role. She holds a Business Management Certificate from the University of Utah and studied Family History & Genealogy at Brigham Young University. Her love for genealogy has not only contributed to her professional work but has also become a lifelong passion, with over 25 years of experience as a professional genealogist. Additionally, Mindi has a strong artistic side and has been an accompanist and performer in community theater for over 50 years. Her artistic skills extend to crafting and needlework as well. 

Mindi currently resides in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and enjoys contributing to her community through her various artistic and genealogical pursuits.
