A Practical First Step
FIRST LOOK allows an experienced Prosperident examiner to review selected practice management reports and banking information for signs of potential embezzlement.
The screening costs $1,500 per practice, typically provides a written assessment within five business days, and is completed discreetly without staff interviews or an office visit. If a full investigation is recommended, half of the screening fee is credited toward that work.

I'm not an easy client to please especially because I'm fairly savvy and love the financial side of things. I struggled with finding a company that can handle my 3 businesses with one undergoing a sale, another a C corp, and then an LLC. All 3 in the dental industry. We started off a bit choppy but more I got to know Stephen and his team, more I respect them for doing things just right. Because I'm savvy enough to be dangerous, I've sometimes not understood why they do what they do but as I learn it's always exactly the way it should've been done. I went through tax planning as well and they are very methodical and often tell me what's ok and what documentation I need. Just an overall very tight shop now that we've caliberated and I know their team well! I can sorta go on and on but very strong with communication and I sleep easy knowing that there's a strong team by my side!
