MaKaela Cooley

MaKaela Cooley serves as an Accounting Specialist at DrillDown Solution, where she is a member of the bookkeeping team. In her role, she helps clients maintain clean and accurate financial records while providing regular financial reports that keep them informed and support better decision-making. Her work focuses on creating clarity and consistency in each client’s financial picture. 

MaKaela is known for her attention to detail and her ability to work efficiently, especially when it comes to spreadsheets and data organization. She is often the go-to team member for building and refining spreadsheet formulas and is always looking for ways to improve processes and support her team. Her approach reflects a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement. 

She has always had a natural interest in numbers and enjoys making sense of the details. After stepping away from a previous role, MaKaela decided to return to accounting to pursue work that she truly enjoys. Since joining DrillDown in 2023, she has found fulfillment in helping clients stay organized and confident in their financial information. 

MaKaela earned her Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University and is a member of the UVU Alumni Association. 

MaKaela lives in Orem, Utah, with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, spending time outdoors camping and hiking, reading, and playing games with friends and family. She lives by a simple principle passed down from her great grandmother: greet life with a smile.
