Tiffany Wood

Tiffany Wood is an Accounting Specialist at DrillDown Solution, where she plays a vital role in helping clients streamline their bookkeeping processes and maintain clean, accurate financial records. Since joining the firm in 2015, Tiffany has become a go-to resource for clients seeking clarity and consistency in their monthly reconciliations and management reports. She specializes in identifying irregularities in expenditures and tailoring bookkeeping systems that align with the unique needs of each practice. 

Tiffany is also known across the firm for her deep expertise in 1099 filings. She leads DrillDown’s 1099 process annually, ensuring that every client meets IRS requirements with precision and timeliness. Her detail-oriented approach and proactive service mindset allow clients to avoid penalties and reduce stress during reporting season. 

Prior to joining DrillDown, Tiffany worked as a bookkeeper for five Sherwin-Williams store locations, gaining hands-on experience in managing multi-location financial operations. Her background laid a strong foundation for the client-centered, solutions-based approach she brings to every engagement. 

A graduate of Utah Valley University, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Accounting in December 2015. She currently resides in Orem, Utah. 

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and being near the water—whether boating, paddle boarding, or relaxing at the beach. She also loves reading, crafting, camping, traveling, and attending her kids’ activities. A proud mother of five and grandmother of (soon-to-be) two, Tiffany considers her family her greatest joy. She credits her father, who passed away when she was sixteen, for inspiring her with the lifelong motto: “Never give up.”
